Our Story
Way of the Cross Ministries - A City of Refuge is dedicated to offering hope, relief, and temporary home for those that sacrificed so much for our country.
Brother Burton "Burt" Stigen began this mission in 1986. Since his passing in 2021, his wife, Denise, has taken on the role of Director and works diligently to continue Brother Burt's legacy.
